Dates and Location
The 2011 European Rainbow Gathering will be held in Iberian Peninsula, between the new moons of July 30th and August 29th. The exact place is still undetermined. If you want to help finding a place, please contact us on one of the phone numbers at the bottom. The place should fulfil the following conditions:

Big enough for up to 4,000 people to gather.
Big open plain for the central circle, to fit all the people.
Clean springs for drinking water.
With a river, lake, stream or waterfall.
With some forest, shade and places for camping.
With abundant firewood.
Preferably in a mountain or highland area, bearing in mind that the gathering will be in August, and the weather here in the Iberian peninsula gets very hot.
Away from roads and towns, but with an access road for the emergency vehicle.
With space for parking a minimum of half an hour walk from the gathering.

If you want to participate in the next scouting meeting, either by bringing information about a place or simply by joining us and helping out in the meeting (cooking, making music, bringing good energy, etc!) - this will be held in a couple of weeks in a place yet to be determined. This page will be updated with all the information needed.
